Grief Support Group
Losing someone you love or care deeply about is very painful. You may experience all kinds of difficult emotions and it may feel like the pain and sadness will never let up.
These are normal reactions to a significant loss. While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope, that in time can renew you and permit you to move on.
You may associate grief with the death of a loved one; often the cause of the most intense type of grief; but any loss can cause grief. Divorce, loss of health, a miscarriage, or the loss of a job, are among the many causes of grief.
Are you grieving? Please join us as we share our experiences and support one another to work through our grief. Browse our selection of “Grief Care Notes” in the Gathering Area. Perhaps they will be helpful to you or to a friend.
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 pm in our Education Center.
